• Pioneer and execute the 2020 Female Representation in AV international demographics study to collect, analyze, and evaluate professional statistics and career development of 508 females in the audiovisual technology industry

• Direct and oversee the work of architects, consultants, general contractor, and AV systems integrator during the design and construction phases of multi-million audiovisual technology solutions in 20+ California capital courthouse construction projects worth $20 million dollars

• Steered the development and publication of the 2013 InfoComm/AIA AV/IT Guidelines for Courts

• Designed and delivered AIA AAJ Vision 20/20: The Changing California Courtroom curriculum to 175 architects, construction professionals, and audiovisual sub consultants in 2010
