For over 15 years, Willard has focused her work on the design and construction of AV/IT technology solutions in corporate and judicial environments. In the last 10 years, she has concentrated on overseeing the design and construction of all statewide new and renovated California courthouses utilizing the effective use of integrating AV/IT technology for court administrators, architects, general contractors, and AV systems integrators.
An award-winning and international speaker on the appropriate and effective implementation of AV/IT technology in courthouses, Willard has been on the leading edge of modernizing technology usage in court proceedings, law enforcement interactions, and justice day-to-day operations.

J Technology Solutions Chief Business Officer, Greg Stolarz, brings 30 years as Chief of Technology Services for the Federal Administrative Office of the Courts. Stolarz expertise includes all AV/IT, low-voltage technology solutions and systems experience. Stolarz is responsible for creating and directing the nationwide low-voltage communications technology program for over 2,000 courtrooms, 800 justices facilities, and an operating budget of $350 million dollars annually.
During his tenure, Stolarz engineered and implemented first of it's kind programs for the use of technonolgy including secured CCTV for the 9/11 court proceedings, implemented a Total Cost of Ownership Business Model for the Federal Judiciary, and designed and contstructed over 40 major new and renovated capital courthouse projects.
Stolarz comprehensive and intimate development of the use of AV/IT technologies applications into the federal court system is unparalled in the ability to understand the court's requirements and translate that knowlegde into an outcome that is best-in-class, cost-effective, and scalable for all future technology functions and needs.
